Business Development Manager – International Sales

Alliance offers innovative product driven solutions for unified communication, performance management and customer relationship management to partners globally.  We seek Offshore Sales professional with experience in delivering results using electronic marketing and tele-sales for Africa, APAC, EMEA market.

Job Description:


  • Responsible for running required inside sales campaigns to generate outbound leads.
  • Setup partner signup goals and deliver after a proper screening of partners
  • Develop innovative solution collaterals and campaigns to generate interest in the target market.
  • Analyze and Report on market dynamics and solutions to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage partner relationship and develop opportunities.
  • Respond in a timely and meaningful way to opportunities engaging pre-sales team and technical teams within Alliance.
  • Write and make clearly structured business and commercial proposals
  • Developing, overseeing, and managing customers/ assigned partner  for Alliance range of products and solutions across the assigned territory
  • The position will also require getting new clients/customers and actively participating in the entire sales cycle by email/chat/phone
  • Responsible for building, sustaining and growing a productive working, and revenue generating, relationship with the assigned Customers / Partners.
  • Giving cost & preparing techno-commercial proposal.

  • Monthly/Yearly Goal setting and Weekly Management Reporting
  • To achieve the set target month after month
  • Have a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Hands on experience of handling a 3-4 member inside sales team.


Desired Profile:

  1. Graduate Degree or higher with multi-tasking abilities.
  2. Must have a least 4 to 6 years of experience in International Inside Sales.
  3. Should have experience in TeleSales, Market development through digital activities, responding to RFP, solution capturing.
  4. Experience in partner-driven sales in the following market S.America  /Europe/ APAC /EMEA market from India.
  5. Must have managed Customers independently for Account Management, Revenue Management, Project Management.
  6. Must have keen interest in Technology solution sales.
    Excellent Rational thinker and demonstratable achiever.
  7. Must have Good Communication & Analytical Skills.
  8. Must have a valid passport and willingness to travel for short term / long term.
  9. Should have carried quota of over $1 million annually.
