Having over fifteen years of business experience in related fields, he is a dual degree holder in Chemistry and Computers from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani, and has a Masters degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona, US.

Rajender Kukreja, Vice President
Rajender Kukreja is a graduate of the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, a post graduate in Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a MBA. He took premature retirement from the Army in the rank of Brigadier. He has thereafter worked in Industry as COO for Cellular and Head Operations at NIIT and as a Director in another IT Company before joining us. He has over 30 years of experience in Telecom and IT Operations besides some rich experience in marketing and strategy.
Rahul Baid, Business Development
Rahul is an International Business and Economics Post-Grad from Bond University, Queensland Australia. He has taught International Trade Policy and Macro-economics at Under-grad level in Australia. Working towards his Ph.D., he has done extensive research work in Industrial Behaviour and Strategic Business Interactions. Rahul is responsible for Business Development strategy, identifying new areas and markets for Alliance.
Arvind Gopalakrishnan, Vice President (Operations)
Arvind is a dual degree holder in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani, and has over sixteen years of rich industry experience. He heads Operations and is instrumental in keeping Alliance at the cutting edge of technology.
Samir Kumar Ghosh, Chief Technology Officer
Samir has over 18 years of experience in software design and development. He is a MCA from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a MS (Mathematics) from Utkal University. Samir is the guiding force behind the effective project management at Alliance.
Parul Narain, HR Manager
A Delhi University graduate and a seasoned professional with two decades of strong experience in HR planning and operations, talent acquisition and management, performance review and appraisals and innovative human resource management practices. She is an ardent and passionate HR manager always striving to strike the perfect balance for employee satisfaction and retention.
